What would cause leg pain like ,a sharp jolt to your shin, or the side of your leg that sometimes radiates into knee or down the leg , also ,as I walk I will get a jolt of pain that stops me from walking and is sore for a few minutes then it makes me limp. I do have Varicous vein Dease I also see a dr. for this. and I just had a phelbectomy this time last June on my Rt. Leg these pains last very short but on the pain scale they are sometimes 3-5 any idea .
It might be a neuromuscular pain or musculoskeletal pain. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
