What Would Cause Slight Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Primolut-N For Five Days Post Completion Of A Course Of Meprate Medication?
I had taken meprate 10 tablets for 10days I didn t get periods. I waited for 20 days no periods but after I had taken primoult N 3tablets per day for five days after five days later I got light bleeding not much very little amount of bleed only first day afternoon it completely stops second day onwards is it period or not I have doubt. What should I will do for further process.
Taking higher dose of Primolut-N can sometimes lead to periods with very low flow. Thus, don't worry about that. Wait for the next cycle and see how things are. If you are not getting regular cycle next time then you can do the following tests (if possible) to find out the cause. 1. Always rule out pregnancy with a card test or blood test (beta HCG) when you miss your periods. 2.TSH and serum prolactin 3.Ultrasound pelvis. For time being wait for the next cycle and see how things are.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
