Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Thanks for your query at HCM!
I am Dr.Sheetal answering your concern I am an Infectious Disease Specialist!
According to me you are suffering from fungal infection called thrush/oral candidiasis caused by Candida albicans for which you can apply topical antifungals.
You can visit a GP/Dermatologist for better examination of lesion.
Your HIV positivity cannot be ruled out or presumed just by lesions.
Kindly get tested for HIV Antigen p24 and antibodies as soon as possible and you can repeat the same till 6 months post exposure to be certain.
Take care. Happy to take more queries.
