What Would The Black Spots Behind My Throat Be?

I have two very small (1 to 3mm) black spots on the back of my throat, surrounding the spots which are also 1 to 3mm apart is an open area, lesion? And it feels like there is something "stuck" on the back of my throat. Headaches past few days and really tired, no other symptoms or pain...

in my opinion these spots may be due to some blood accumulated. if these are not increasing in size , you need not to worry. if u want be sure for it I would recommend an coagulation profile to check any reason for blood spots.
