For the past few days i have had a dull ache in my left arm, it seems to get a lot worse at night causing me to get little sleep. It's starts in my upper arm all the way to my finger tips; the pain isn't like restless arm, and i have had no damage to the arm at all...

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this pain of your left arm could be due to the compression of cervical never which innervating to the arm but for the safe side it is better to get done the EKG test this is equally important, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
