Hello,

The pain in the shoulder and rib can be due to muscle stiffness and can be related to a bad posture and hormonal changes. Regular stretching exercises and mild pain killers can help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
