When I Can Come To Know About Low Blood Pressure ?
When is blood pressure too low ? I just took my BP standing up and it was 88/66. Sitting it s 100/70. My heart rate is also higher than usual at 116 at rest (it s usually 50 s or 60 s). I m not on any type of drugs or alcohol... I should also mention that I have a headache and feel lightheaded when I stand up; and I feel warm.
Normal blood pressure reading is an average of 120/80. 140/90 is borderline and can be regulated with just an adjustment in your diet, while above has to be treated by a health provider. Below 100/80 is considered low and will result in dizzy spells and if left untreated will lead up to frequent block outs. In most cases low blood pressure is as a result of under eating, dehydration or deficiency in certain nutrients (anemia). However in less common cases it is as a result of some other underlining health problems. The following link will give you some advise you may use in an effort to normalize your blood pressure.

Average heart rate for male should be 70 bpm and 75 bpm for female. There are a number of factors inclusive of genetics, fitness and age that will determine a normal variation in these readings. I think however that you should speak with your doctor about that.
