When Can I Eat Yogurt Before Taking Ciprofloxacin And Flagyl?

I am having a difficult time taking cipro flex in and flygel for diverticulitis. Needing to wait 2 hours or 6 hours before eating my yogurt that my doctor said eat, or waiting hours to take vitamins, it s hard to get it all in. Can I not eat my yogurt an hour or so after my meds?
