Hallow Dear,

In spite of being on evadiol if your endometrium is still just 4 mm in thickness it suggests that the endometrium was quite destroyed during the process of abortion. To have successful pregnancy you need to have at least 10 mm thick endometrium at the time of egg release (ovulation).

Otherwise usually after 5 - 6 weeks after abortion the ovulation takes place and woman starts menstruating.

I would advise you to have continuous evadiol for few months till the endometrium is well developed and then have a withdrawal bleeding. Once the endometrium is well developed, the chances of your pregnancy will increase.

Hope this helps you.
