When Can I Lift Heavy Weights Post Forearm Injury Fitted With Plates?
2 metal plates in forearm after surgery due to fracture by bike accident and have done bone grafting for one bone. I m 26 year old. What is the serious of surgery? Can I return to weight lifting after recovery period? and with plates in hand can ride bike for long distance?
