When Can I Take A Pregnancy Test If I Conceive While Taking Folvite And Duphaston?

Hello Doctor,
I got my period on 11th Nov. I am planning to conceive so I am taking folvite daily and I have taken duphaston 10mg for 10days from D14. Normally I will get my period dalayed by 2 days. So I should have get my period on Dec 13th. But I didnt get my period yet. When can I go for a pregnancy test if I am conceived? Is there any other reason for the delay in period?

Please help me.

hello,

Pregnancy test should be done 7 days after missed period if you got late period previously. Morning urine sample is preferred.

Other reason of late period could be hormonal imbalance, stress, over weight, PCOD, pelvic infection, high prolactin, irregular diet habit etc.

You must consult with your doctor after undergoing pregnancy test.
