When Can Levothyroxine Be Taken After Having Food?
Hi, I am taking levothyrox 100 ug in the morning. I like to go to the gym in the morning but do not want to go to the gym on an empty stomach. If I eat something light, like a banana or fruit before the gym how long do I need to wait until I take my medicine? Can I eat a banana or half of one 30 minute prior to going to the gym? 1 hour before and 1 hour after?

Levothyroxine ideally should taken at least 30 min before breakfast, as food interferes with its absorption. You can take Levothyroxine at other time also but not to take any food in next half an hour.
