Hi,
Conception is a process that depends mainly on the quality of eggs and quality of lining of the uterus. You can start your normal daily routine now.

Contrary to the usual belief, studies have shown that women who resume normal activity after embryo transfer have higher delivery rate than women who take bed rest. Fluctuations in heart rate and blood flow with normal activity may be beneficial for conception.

Ballet lessons are more than moderate activity. I would advise you to defer them untill you take the pregnancy test. After that you can discuss with your doctor about it who will advise you based on the examination and assessment.
You may start having pregnancy symptoms from around 12-14 days after embryo transfer. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL WOMEN EXPERIENCE PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS. Some women do not have any pregnancy symptoms.
I wish you good luck. Take care
