When Can One Expect Periods While On Primolut-N?

hello dr ilast period was on 21st march and i want to make my period comes early this month so i started take primilolut nor twice a day for 7 days if i stop it tomorrow it will come in 2-5 days my period? or it will not come because i stareted the pills early? thank you

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Withdrawal bleeding can be seen 3-7 days after completion of hormone treatment. Since you wanted to advance your next menstrual period, early treatment initiating from day 5 of a 28-30 day cycle, is necessary. A course of 15-20 days would be more useful. Please wait for 3-5 days and if you do not see your period get further help. Always remember that postponement of a menstrual cycle is easier than advancing it. Hope this helps.
