Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
C3R is a surgery done on eyes and generally pt can resume his activities in a week time .it does not have a direct effect on systemic condition so after the surgery you can safely conceive any time youbolan but just inform your obstetrician. Regarding the eye drops , many patient won't need drops for lot of time for Keratoconus if there is no allergy or infection. Even if needed there are a number of safer drops that can be used during pregnancy so just inform your ophthalmologist about it and no worries.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
