When Can The Pregnancy Be Planned After Taking Torchnil Tablet?

Hi..i hd missed abortion 2 mnths bck on 9 week pregency. Doc suggested for torch test and results of test are Rubella IgG positive(2.6),IgM negative. CMV IgG positive(1.06),IgM negative . Herpes negative and Toxoplasma negative. Also Lupus anticoaugulant screen test results is 46.2 sec and ratio is 1.54. Doc has started torchnil tablet and ecosprin tab. Wen cn i plan pergncy agn? Is trtmnt going rite?

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Sorry to hear about your previous pregnancy losses.
As you might be aware that positive IgG reports indicate that your body has developed immunity against the tested pathogens. And positive IgM indicates active infection.
Your IgG positive reports indicate that your body has already formed antibodies against the particular pathogen.
As you have other immunological test of Lupus anticoagulant also negative ,you need not worry. You can think of getting pregnant.Once you get pregnant, then restart Low dose Aspirin again after 14 weeks.

Please start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly now onwards.
If taken at least 3 months prior getting pregnant,then it helps to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy and delivery.
