When Do Menstrual Cycles Resume After Termination Of Pregnancy?
if we use mistroportol tablet for abortion , then how many days need to wait to come regular menses . we have confirmed the termination by pregnant tube 15th & 30th date from last period. but still not coming next regular menses. what is issue .. pls let advise me.

Thanks for sharing your health concern. Resumption of normal menstrual pattern after an abortion is based on the period of pregnancy and the pre-pregnancy pattern. In an early trimester abortion, return of menstruation is seen within 6 weeks usually. If you self-medicated to induce the abortion, I would ask you to see a specialist for conformation of the abortion and plan further management. Hope this helps.
