Hi I was wondering how long does it take the stitches to go away after having a baby. I had to have an apisiautmy. (sorry I miss spelled that) my baby weighed 10lbs 10oz so they had to cut me. My baby is now 11 days old now. I used a mirror to check to see if I saw the stitches I didn't see any but it looks like if they are gone they came out to early or maybe I ripped one and didn't know it is it normal for this to happen? Will I heel back to normal or could something be wrong.
