Hello dear Understand your concern. Use of abortion pills without guidance of gynecologist is not safe as it cause uncontrollable side effects like excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion. Medical abortion used for up to 9 week of intrauterine pregnancy. Mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol (Maximum 3 dose) after 24-48 hours. Bleeding will start with in 1-2 hour after taking last pill. Dose should be modified by gynecologist. So consult the gynecologist if bleeding will not come. Hope this may help you. Best regards Dr. Sagar
