At first your BP would be high.
When your heart is not meeting its oxygen demand, it starts beating irregularly. Due to this your blood doesn't move efficiently and your brain does not receive adequate oxygen either. At this point your brain freaks out telling you to be anxious, increase your heart rate, respirations and your blood pressure to compensate for the blood not moving adequately.
After a while your body can no longer compensate and everything drops, your BP, pulse, respirations and mental status.
So at first high and later low... Thats the answer
