When Is Appropriate Time To Take Anti B Injection During Pregnancy?

I am O-ve and my husband is O+ve. I aborted my first conceptus around an year ago. At that time I was not aware of Anti-D injection, so I didnt get it. Nw I am pregnant again , and i got my ICT done nw...its negative. Again I want to abort it by medical termination by mifepristone. Please tel me wen shud I go for anti-D inj?

if it is early pregnancy, and u want to abort it medically, with mifepristone,then no need to get Anti d. but still if u want to take injection, then take 100 mcg of inj. Anti d with in 72 hrs of bleeding.
