You have taken MT pill and are having cramps. Cramps are indicative that bleeding will start in a couple of days. Yes, you can start taking Misoprostol as advised by your local health care provider. You will develop pain with cramping, slowing bleeding with start with expulsion of the clot mixed with blood.
Placental tissue with parts of conception will also get expelled out. In case you develop complications like severe pain lower abdomen, low blood pressure, excessive bleeding, etc., then contact your health care provider immediately. You may need urgent medical aid.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
