Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion urine pregnancy test is to be done a week after missed period for good results.And symptoms of pregnancy like nausea,vomitings,breast tenderness and increased frequency of urination start after 2 weeks after missed period.And the fetal movements are felt at 5 th month of pregnancy.So they are not the fetal movements as it is too early.Stress regarding pregnancy also make people feel like that.So just relax.Dont worry.
