When Should I Take The Pregnancy Test After Having Sex?

Hi, i am taking the cerazette pill and had slight dhiarea only once but am worried. I want to take a pregnancy test but wasnt sure if it would work if i am still taking the cerazette everyday? Also, how long after had sex is the right time to take a test and be accurate as on this pill i don t have periods, and every website says days after your period. Thanks
