Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Taking Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacin with Atorvastatin is not recommended. In my patients I usually suggest stopping Atorvastatin until the antibiotic treatment is no longer needed. Once the treatment is over, you can resume Atorvastatin starting from the next day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Panagiotis Zografakis,
