When Should I Take Cold Medicine, Such As Coricidin Or Tylenol?

how long should I wait between Spironolactone 100mg evening, and Amitriptyline 25mg & Gabapentin 600mg at bed time. I also currently have a cold/cough & congestion. Where should I include a cold medicine, such as Coricidin or Tylenol cold. I take Spironolactone 50mg am, and Gabapentin 600mg 3x day.

Hello
As you are taking spironolactone in the evening , while amytriptyline and gabapentine in the night ( bed time ).
Now , you are having cold , congestion and cough .Concurrent use of cold medicine or NSAIDs may causes sodium retention if USED with spironolcatone .
But you can use cold drugs ( tylenol cold or coricidine ) in the morning , so there would be gap of 12 hours between these drugs . Mostly plasma half life of cold medicine is not more than 3-4 hours ,so safely a gap of 12 hours is sufficient .
Good luck.
