Hey well I'm not that good in swallowing pills and I usually crack my pills in half and well I swallowed the first half pretty well andthe other had when threw the wrong tube s that bad ? Will the pill still work ? And also my hair been falling a lot imma teen but nothing seems to help I've been taking pills thinking its just cause my body is changing but I'm worried
well chewing or cutting the pill in half and taking the full dose is okay. but cutting it in half and not taking the other half will not give the desired effect .for the hair loss issue contact a dermatologist , usually there is a normal range of hair lost daily if its more than the normal range there might be several reasons for that one of them is iron deficiency and many others ...
