When The Large, Painful, Swelling Near Clitoris Will Drain Itself?
I have a large, painful swelling near my clitoris on the right hand side. I saw a doctor yesterday who prescribed antibiotics and said I may need to go back and get it drained if it doesn't improve. She said that it could simply clear up with antibiotics, or form a head and "drain itself". 24 hours later I am still in a lot of pain. I can't tell if it has gotten any bigger or the whole area is just swollen. At what point should I go back to A and E or ring the doctor? Do the antibiotics need more than 24 hours to kick in?
