Hi,
Ovulation is the prime factor for facilitating conception more than the endometrial thickness. Though your endometrium seems to be slightly thinner for this period of the menstrual cycle, it is the timing of intercourse with ovulation that is most important. Try to get contact at least on alternate days during the fertile days to enhance the chances of conception. Please monitor ovulation for better results, either through follicular study, basal body temperature charts or ovulation tests. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
