Hello and welcome,

I understand your problem.

Please do not worry as you just need to be a little careful for your health and you will do fine. As regards his care, I suggest that since he is already 18 months and must have been weaned, just continue his normal diet. Let him play indoor games whenever you are in the house and give him toys that will build up his reflexes as well as stimulate the mind without need for your intervention. So you can rest while just watching and verbally interacting with him and do not need to get too involved every time. Also this will help you to rest for short times.

The first antenatal visit is advisable as soon as pregnancy is diagnosed. So see your doctor soon. Start folic acid tablets once daily to help prevent brain defects in the baby.
Try not to do too much work at one time. Take breaks between work. Add 2 fruits and green vegetables to your daily diet.

A short walk with the child in the pram every morning will help refresh the system. Avoid standing for prolonged periods and try to do work while sitting to help save energy and also help in preventing feeling tired. Seek the help of the babies father to take care of him at night if needed so that you may be able to have proper sleep. Also a nap during the noon time if possible helps to relax and prepares you for more work.

With this you should be fine.
Take care.
Hope this satisfies your query.
