I have just done a home pregnancy test and it come back negative but I have missed my period which has never happened before. I have been feeling sick and have heartburn which is what I felt like with my previous pregnancy.

repeat test after 1 week if no periods. heart burn generally occur late in pregnancy. It's not a sign of early pregnancy.
