When To Use The Monistat 1?
Question. I used a douche for the first time as I was cleansing out the area before using Monistat 1. I read that you re not supposed to douche AFTER using Monistat, but it didn t mention anything about BEFORE... So question is.... When can I use the Monistat 1?

You can use the monistat at any time. The reason that using the douche is not recommended after the monistat is inserted is because it would wash out the medication.
Using a douche can sometimes remove the good organisms from the vaginal area so it would be best not to repeat it too often.
