When Will I Get My Period?

Hello there. I'm worried as i had unprotected sex a day before my period (30th Nov). I got worried since it was unprotected and so i took the morning after pill anyways...12 hours later. I took both pills at the same time and i have not have any spotting or light period until now (4 Dec) though i feel there's something down there as if it's my period but it's not.

So my question is when am i able to expect my period and when do i have to take a pregnancy test?

Hello,

You did unprotected sex on SAFE time (just a day before period) and took within first 1 hr, which will give more than 95% protection against unwanted pregnancy. Your have NO chance of pregnancy.

You will get a withdrawal bleeding within 5-7 days due to effect of the pill. It is quite NORMAL and natural phenomena.

Your next period may be delayed for 1-2 weeks due to hormonal imbalance and mental stress. However, I suggest to undergo one home pregnancy test if your next period is delayed more than 1 week.
