Hello,

Difficulty in focusing commonly results due to stress, both emotional and physical. Avoid getting stressed up. Refrain from activities that cause you stress. Try to be cheerful. Taking inadequate diet, anxiety and mood disorder, lack of sleep can also cause difficulty in concentration. Take home made nutritious food, avoid working for prolonged time on computer. Take quality sleep of at least 8 hours.

Avoid anxiety, stay away from circumstances or people who make you anxious. Try to meet new friends, spend greater time with them with whom you are comfortable. Underlying medical conditions, like ADHD, OCD, or a thyroid problem, may also cause difficulty concentrating. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done. To get out of depression and anxiety you are advised to walk regularly in the morning and evening.

Get connected to a physical therapist do exercises, CBT, massage therapy, group therapy, aroma therapy will help to focus better and also help to come out of depression. Practice good sleep, take care of your hygiene, eating healthily, and quality sleep will help support concentration. If there is persistent difficulty in concentrating, see a doctor to detect underlying health conditions leading to this. You may need oral medications and treatment of the cause will be done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
