ADHD, OCD, or a
thyroid problem, may also cause difficulty concentrating. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done. To get out of
depression and anxiety you are advised to walk regularly in the morning and evening.
Get connected to a physical therapist do exercises, CBT,
massage therapy, group therapy, aroma therapy will help to focus better and also help to come out of depression. Practice good sleep, take care of your hygiene, eating healthily, and quality sleep will help support concentration.
