there is nothing called food of pregnancy. all the food stuff like greeny vegetables adequate calories and proteins and vitamins should be consumed. more so regular and adequate food consumption is important.

Hi.. During pregnancy the most important thing is consumption of a balanced diet. A diet that contains good source of iron, calcium and vitamins.
