Which Anti-inflammatories Do You Recommend For Burning Pain On My Knee Cap?

I have an intermittent burning pain on the left side of my right knee-cap. I believe the damage may have been done by inexpert use of an inflated mechanical massager which I was foolish enough to allow. Which anti-inflammatories and or exercises would you recommend?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be soft tissue inflammation, if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the following medicine
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg there times in day
no need for exercise, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
