Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
HbsAg or Hepatitis B like HIV is considered as a infection which need to be restricted and almost all countries in the world refuse work permit and even visas for the infected individual just for the very reason of transmission or spread of infection.Also Hepatitis B can cause jaundice and the person may not be able to work in full capacity for long as the conditions are different in terms of weather and working conditions.
Thanks
