Which Diet Should Be Given For A Person With High Blood Pressure, Diabetes And Jaundice?

Hello! I am a worried daughter of 66 years old father. My father always had high blood pressure. A year back he started having diabetes and now he is having a slight jaundice. Can I know a good diet plan for him so that none of the conditions get worsen? Thank you!

i would suggest you stick to a normal diabetic diet
you have not mentioned the weight and height so i cannot give you the caorie per day he needs to be on
besides i dont know what form of treatment he is on for diabetes

so i will just comment on the food groups you should avoid
try to avoid sweets, starches, and roots like potatoes and sweet potatoes.
take re meat in moderation
alcohol is a strict no no

as far as hypertension is concerned, avoid salt and too much alcohol, tobacco, smoking and non veg diet

for jaundice, just avoid too much oils.
by the way, how deep is the jaundice. what is the lft?
and what is the cause of hepatitis?
has that been evaluated yet?

best of luck
