Which Glass Is More Helpful In Photosensitive Seizures?

Hi, I have had a photosensitive seizures 5 days ago. The question is would Blu Blocker glasses help or do i have to Wearing a good pair of polarized blue sunglasses (preferably with side shades) of tinted lenses when exposed to flickering light both indoors and outside
