Which Grade Does Low Placenta Extending To Internal Suggest?

hi I am in 20th weeks of prgannacy and diagnosed as Low placent extending to internal OS

Please let me know it is in which grade and and I have not taken any bed rest as work and is there any chance of moving that up and now I have reached 30th week but no bleeding and doctor has suggested me for 32 week scan

hi,you have grade 2 placenta previa but in 90 % cases placental migration occurs as the growth of placenta is much less than increase in the size of lower uterine segment.since you have no bleeding or pain in lower abdomen there are fairly high chances that your placenta must have migrated.but the only way to confirm it is by ultrasound and your 32 week scan will confirm it. dont worry all the best and take care.
