Consult your physician in this regard, and have your blood and stool examined. Drink copious amounts of water. Use ORS after every loose stool.

If you have diarrhoea & cough every night please get a stool routine examination done & consult a doctor who will examine you & prescribe the necessary medicines.Daily diarrhoea can make you weak so eat well;drink enough water to maintain hydration ;if you feel exhausted you can take electrolyte powder in water.

Symptoms suggest infections at both ends of body, please get youself througly examined, espcially if these symptoms are there for more then 4-6 weeks, and there is weightloss .

COuld be a chronic infection like TB etc, or a malignancy, please visit you dr soon.
