Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am sorry to hear about this staphylococcus infection. Because you have tried several different antibiotics without success, I will advice that you do a culture and antibiotic sensitivity to identify what drug can best act on this germ. You may be having a resistant form of staphylococcus that requires special drugs that are not commonly prescribed everyday. The other concern is that staphylococcus is not a common germ that causes genital tract infection. It could have been a contamination and not the cause of your symptoms. Get a good semen culture to address this condition properly.

I hope this addresses your query fully. Feel free to ask for clarifications and more information if need be. I wish you well.

Thanks for query.I understand your frustration.staph in semen is prostatitis.and it is a bit difficult for regular antibiotics to penetrate prostrate gland. The choice of antimicrobial is critical because the prostate has an epithelial lining and a pH gradient that inhibits antimicrobials from entering the prostatic acini. To advice an antibiotic I need to know what all you have used which failed to act.regards
