Which Is The Best Medicine For My Headache?

Which is the best medicine for headache? Hello, Age: 23 (male) Height,Weight: around 5.10 , 50KG every time i walk under heavy sunlight for 30 mins or more with empty stomach .. i gets headache which results into vomiting no matter i eat something after sometime or not. Sorry, i am not able to explain correctly. But please try to understand via below example: I wake up at 8-9 am. have tea/coffee/milk till 10 am. then bathing and all till 11.30 am. then after that if i went outside in sunlight with empty stomach for 30 mins or so .. i gets headache for sure for whole day, no matter if i eat after some time or not, and that lead to vomiting.

Hi,

This seems to be migraine as it's triggered in sunlight with empty stomach. Please avoid these triggers. Take you meals on time, take proper sleep, avoid bright sunlight and long travel. Many safe and effective medicines are available for migraine including Naproxen and Paracetamol.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Juneja, Neurologist
