There are hundreds of weight loss herbals/supplements/medications both OTC and prescription. How do I filter through them and choose the best one for weight management? I know some are for appetite suppressant, some claim to burn fat, some claim to alter metabolism, etc.. which type and category of supplement is the best way to go?
It is overwhelming to walk into the vitamin shop and try to select something for weight loss. I do not have hypertension, diabetes, or other conditions that would limit what I would choose.
