what is the Best treatment of VDRL
My Test Report is

VDLR 1:4 Reactive
TPHA 1:160

i am use already treatment before 6 months Inject Benzibiotic Penicillin-G 1.2 million 4 Weeks
but my result are same.. so plz tell me what is the Best way of VDRL treatment...

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

You have to understand that VDRL is not a disease.
It is a screening test for syphilis.

As your both VDRL is reactive and TPHA positive, you had or have Syphilis.
You got treated with penicillin -G, most probably you get cured.

And also Penicillin-G is the best treatment for syphilis.
Syphilis antibodies can persist for years or decades, after being successfully treated for syphilis. So the tests you mentioned above will likely be reactive.
Of course you have treated the syphilis with penicillin. But the TPHA and any other specific syphilis test will likely remain positive for life.

The RPR usually goes down to zero with proper treatment , but this may take two years, and in 15% of people it never gets all the way to zero.
