My husband would like to know what kind of physician to see for a lump under the skin just above his left clavicle (sp?) that seems to deflate when pressed upon. When this gland or whatever flares, he gets numbness and tingling down his left arm. Also gets occasional heart palpitations when this flares. He had severe trauma to his shoulder 4 years ago which resulted in both of his legs breaking (the trauma was to his shoulder but the force broke his legs)
