Which Medication Should Be Taken To Stop Loose Motion, Vomiting And Stomach Ache?

Dear doctor,Now im in bihar and for the last 3days im suffering from loose motion and sometimes vomiting and stomach ache. Im strictly taking food from home. since im from kerala and winter is new for me. Can u suggest sum preventive measures for this. should i take alopathic medicines. Aswathy

I really appreciate your concern, if the diarrhea is due to protozoa infection then it can be cured with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days and for abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine as per needed can be tried, for the precaution of abdomen infection take care for safe drinking water and hygienic food else no medicine is there that can prevent the abdomen infection hope this information helps.
