Which Medication To Be Given For My Son As He Is Having Cold, Cough And Fever?

my son is 3yrs n 3 month old. He is having cold, cough and fever.
I had consulted a doc n he has completed 2 days dosage; but hasn't got much relief. dosage contains a paracetamol medicine; fexy suspension; and a bronchodilator. Should I give him any specific antibiotic or may I say can you suggest me some antibiotic for him.

Hai...to be frank I am happy to hear that some good dr has not prescribed an antibiotic for cough & cold. Usually 85% of childhood trivial illnesses are viral & usually settle in 5-7 days. If tour child doesn't have fast breathing, severe breathlessness & active when there's no fever...you can wait. He'll recover in due course. Happy to help anytime.
