I am writing to ask for help. Could you give me some advice relate to tail none pain. I have been getting sore tail bone for 12 weeks and until now still not yet better. Could u give me what I should I do? One more if we got tail bone pain, does it cause that make us difficult to poop?

Hi, Thanks and welcome to HCM . to reduce tail bone pain you may take Sitz bath twice daily in addition to analgesic drugs. You may keep inflated scooter tube ,keep it on the chair and sit on that so that the tail bone does not touch the chair and avoids pain. Ofcourse it is bit inconvenient but not very much painful to pass stools. Hope this reply is OK for you. Further queries invited. Dr.M.V.Subrahmanyam.
