hello dr.i am 43 years old usually i get my periods 4 days before but this time i have not got the periods my date was 22nd february.as i am going for pilgrimage trip that is the tickets date is 27th march.and even my daughter whose age is 15years her periods date is 28th feb so get periods soon please suggest the medicine which we both can take it as today is 22nd march.please help us. thankyou.
